We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, depending on where you live in Australia your order should arrive within 2 – 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once a purchase is made, you will also receive an email with Australia Post tracking details after package has been dispatched.
To return a product, please contact us with your order ID number and the product from that order you wish to return to within 48 hours. Items are refunded if damaged in transit or incorrect item is packed at time of dispatch. Please include a proof of purchase (receipt and/or original order number) for all returns/exchanges. Be sure to include your name, address, and telephone number in the package as well. All refund requests should also include credit card details.
We also welcome your comments on how we can improve our merchandise and the quality of the product supplied to you. Please note that you are responsible for postage on returned merchandise.
